Asklepios Kliniken sign comprehensive engagement letter with Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek

Germany’s second largest hospital operator announced that Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek will be one of the health care group’s key partners for external legal advice in the future. Led by Dr. Stephan Witteler, Partner at the Frankfurt office, the law firm will assist Corporate Management and the Legal Department. In view of this engagement and in order to comply with the governance principle of Section 114 German Stock Corporation Act, Dr. Stephan Witteler intends to resign as chairman and member of the Supervisory Board of Asklepios Kliniken Gesellschaft and Asklepios Kliniken Verwaltungsgesellschaft at the next supervisory board meetings.
