HEUKING advises CE Capital Partners on the acquisition of massgroup

A HEUKING team led by Dr. Björn Biehl advised CE Capital Partners GmbH on its acquisition of massgroup. Through its brands masstisch, masscouch, massregal, and massbett, the group offers individually configurable solid wood furniture and custom-made living solutions.

With the acquisition of massgroup, CE Capital Partners is expanding its commitment to the market for high-quality, customizable furniture and interior furnishings. The focus will be on developing the brands further, expanding the online business, and strengthening collaboration within the group. Going forward, customers will benefit from a broader, more closely coordinated range of products for designing their living spaces to their own specifications.
