HEUKING Advises Martin Meier AG on the Acquisition of the Trading Business of the Insolvent Ludwig Küblböck Baukeramik GmbH
The business law firm HEUKING provided legal counsel to Martin Meier AG in connection with the acquisition of the trading business of the insolvent Ludwig Küblböck Baukeramik GmbH. The transaction encompasses the acquisition of key business divisions of the long-established building ceramics company.
The HEUKING team led by Dr. Björn Biehl advised Martin Meier AG on all legal aspects of the acquisition. As part of the structured sale process conducted out of insolvency, the trading business was successfully transferred to the new owner.
