HEUKING advises RMG Messtechnik GmbH on the sale to Dresser Utility Solutions

A HEUKING team led by Frankfurt partner Ulrich Weidemann provided comprehensive legal advice to RMG Messtechnik GmbH in connection with the sale of RMG Messtechnik GmbH to Dresser Utility Solutions GmbH. Dresser Utility Solutions GmbH is a subsidiary of the U.S.-based Dresser Utility Solutions LLC. The signing took place on Tuesday, September 29, 2026.

Completion of the transaction is subject to the customary regulatory approvals and other closing conditions.

RMG is a global provider of gas measurement technology. Its portfolio includes ultrasonic and turbine gas meters, gas chromatographs, volume converters, data loggers, communication devices, and gas meter technology.
