HEUKING strengthens employment law practice in Frankfurt with Dr. Christian Driessen-Rolf

HEUKING continues to expand its employment law practice in Frankfurt: Effective October 1, 2026, Dr. Christian Driessen-Rolf will join the firm as an Equity Partner. He comes from McDermott Will & Schulte, where he has served as a partner since 2019.

Christian Driessen-Rolf advises clients on employment law aspects of restructurings and M&A transactions, particularly those involving private equity, as well as on management equity participation programs. His expertise also extends to employment law compliance, directors' and officers' liability, and employment and service agreement law, with a particular focus on the drafting and termination of executive service agreements.
