HEUKING advises Håndverksgruppen on the inclusion of Malerfachbetrieb Helmut Lindt

A HEUKING team led by Dr Alexander Schott advised Håndverksgruppen Deutschland GmbH on the inclusion of Malerfachbetrieb Helmut Lindt GmbH. With this new local company, Håndverksgruppen is further expanding its presence in Germany. HEUKING’s advice covered legal due diligence as well as the drafting and negotiation of all contracts.

Håndverksgruppen Deutschland GmbH is part of the Håndverksgruppen Group, based in Norway, a network of leading local trades businesses in Northern and Central Europe specializing in surface finishing work such as painting, flooring, tiling and bricklaying. Håndverksgruppen was founded in 2020 and now brings together over 160 member companies with more than 5,000 tradespeople in Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Germany.

Malerfachbetrieb Helmut Lindt GmbH was founded in 1950 in Frankfurt am Main. The previous owner, Peter Fugmann, will continue to run the company as managing director.

A team led by Dr Alexander Schott regularly advises Håndverksgruppen Deutschland GmbH on transactions and other matters.
