HEUKING advises HELIOS SOLAR AG on its planned IPO on Frankfurt Stock Exchange

A team led by HEUKING Equity Partner Dr. Mirko Sickinger and Salaried Partner Sven Radke is advising HELIOS SOLAR AG on its planned initial public offering on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. Through the IPO, the solar specialist is seeking admission to the regulated market (General Standard) and aims to drive forward its expansion, including into the European market. 

HELIOS SOLAR AG is the holding company of HELIOS group, which specializes in the development and construction of rooftop and ground-mounted photovoltaic systems. The group offers integrated solutions across the entire renewable energy value chain. Its current regional focus is on Southeast Asia, with expansion into Europe planned. 

HELIOS group was formed in May of this year through the integration of Malaysian company HELIOS PHOTOVOLTAIC Sdn. Bhd. into HELIOS SOLAR AG. HELIOS PHOTOVOLTAIC Sdn. Bhd. had previously served as the group’s parent company in Southeast Asia, with subsidiaries in Malaysia, Singapore, and Cambodia. 

HEUKING comprehensively advised on the structuring under stock corporation law, the drafting of the securities prospectus, and the approval proceedings before the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority BaFin. The securities prospectus was approved by BaFin on June 2, 2026. 

The first trading day of HELIOS SOLAR AG shares on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange is scheduled for July 2026.
