Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek strengthens energy practice with energy law specialist Tobias Woltering

Effective January 1, 2017, Dr. Tobias Woltering joined Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek's energy law team in Düsseldorf led by Marc Baltus and Sonja Groht.

Tobias Woltering has been specializing in energy law since the beginning of 2011. He advises German and international energy suppliers, power plant and renewable energy plant operators, network operators, investors, and companies in energy-intensive industries. His work focuses on German and European regulations of the energy sector, energy contract law, and all aspects of the German Renewable Energies Act. Mr. Woltering also has extensive experience in advising on financing projects and international M&A transactions pertaining to matters of energy law. More recently, he also increasingly advised on electromobility matters. Prior to joining Heuking, he worked at White & Case and most recently at Deloitte Legal.
