Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek strengthens Tax Team in Frankfurt and Düsseldorf with Klaus Weinand-Härer and Marc Scheunemann

Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek will enhance its tax expertise with Clifford Chance partners Klaus Weinand-Härer (49) and Dr. Marc Scheunemann (38).


Dr. Marc Scheunemann will join the Düsseldorf office as of October 2011, Klaus Weinand-Härer will join the Frankfurt office as of November 2011, both as partners. They are to assume a major role in the continued expansion of the tax team and the interfaces between the M&A/Private Equity, Real Estate and Infrastructure/Energy teams.


Dr. Marc Scheunemann specialises in tax-optimised structuring, acquisitions and financing. In addition, he advises on tax audits and fiscal court proceedings. His clients include national and international companies, as well as equity and debt investors.


Klaus Weinand-Härer has extensive experience in the tax-efficient planning and assessment of structured financing transactions, lease transactions, Public Private Partnerships and closed-end funds. In the field of real estate, he provides advice on transactions, financing and REIT structuring. His clients include national and international investors and lenders.
