ISOPARTNER Deutschland, advised by Heuking, acquires Wolf Blechbearbeitung
A team led by Dr. Hermann Ali Hinderer legally advised ISOPARTNER Deutschland GmbH & Co. KG, a subsidiary of Belgian IPCOM NV, on the acquisition of Wolf Blechbearbeitung. Both companies will continue to operate under their own brand names. The existing management teams of both companies will remain actively involved after the merger.
The addition of Wolf Blechbearbeitung will strengthen the position of ISOPARTNER Deutschland on the German market and creates new opportunities for customers by supplying them with tailor-made technical insulation products.
Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek regularly advises ISOPARTNER Deutschland GmbH & Co. KG on corporate transactions, most recently on its acquisition of Seidemann group.
ISOPARTNER Deutschland GmbH & Co. KG is a specialist wholesaler for technical insulation products. The company operates more than ten sites with a total of 34,000 square meters of storage space and employs around 100 people. It supplies customers from the construction sector, industry, and specialist trades with products from the fields of heat, cold, and sound insulation, as well as passive fire protection.
Headquartered in Belgium, European group IPCOM specializes in the distribution and implementation of innovative thermal insulation solutions.
Wolf Blechbearbeitung GmbH, based in Volkach near Würzburg, was founded by Bernd Wolf and produces insulation jackets and air ducts.
