Moninger group, advised by HEUKING, sells parts of its production site to Paulaner group
A team led by HEUKING Partners Jens-Hendrik Janzen, Dr. Frank Baßler and Dr. Mirko Sickinger comprehensively advised and supported Moninger group on selling parts of its Karlsruhe production site to Paulaner group.
On March 1, 2025, Moninger Holding AG, jointly with Sinner AG and Hatz-Moninger-Brauhaus GmbH, sold parts of its production site in Karlsruhe’s Grünwinkel district to Paulaner group. The buyers, affiliates of Paulaner group, have taken on several employees as part of the transaction. The remaining employees will stay with Hatz-Moninger, where brewing operations will continue after the planned conversion of various buildings on the site.
The parties have agreed not to disclose further details of the transaction, in particular the purchase price.
Based in Karlsruhe, Moninger Holding AG is a traditional holding company and operates in regional beer production through its subsidiary Hatz-Moninger-Brauhaus GmbH. Moninger group and HEUKING share a long-standing advisory relationship.
