Team led by Ute Jasper and Christopher Marx wins framework agreement with the state of Baden-Württemberg
Over the next few years, Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek will advise the state of Baden-Württemberg on issues relating to public procurement law, state aid law, contract law, and antitrust law. The team led by Dr. Ute Jasper and Dr. Christopher Marx prevailed in the Ministry of Finance competition for the framework consulting agreement.

The department already advises the state comprehensively on invitations to bid in local rail passenger transport and has achieved savings in the three-digit million range for the state. On behalf of the Ministry of Finance, the team is supporting the states of Baden-Württemberg, North Rhine-Westphalia, Hesse, and Brandenburg in inviting bids for sustainable stock indices for the pension funds.
