WirtschaftsWoche: Dr. Susanne Stauder and Dr. André-M. Szesny again recognized as top lawyers for Compliance

In its most recent issue, WirtschaftsWoche once again recognized Dr. Susanne Stauder and Dr. André-M. Szesny, LL.M. as top lawyers in Compliance.

Handelsblatt Research Institute surveyed more than 1,400 lawyers from 183 law firms for the ranking, the. The selected legal professionals were asked to name the most renowned peers, resulting in a list that was evaluated by a jury of experts. The ranking of 33 leading law firms and 51 highly recommended lawyers for the legal field of Compliance was now published.

Dr. André-M. Szesny, LL.M. has been practicing as a lawyer and Partner since 2005 with a focus on White Collar Crime and Compliance. Joining Heuking in 2008, he is a co-founder of the law firm’s White Collar & Criminal Compliance Practice Group. Dr. Susanne Stauder joined Heuking in 2011 and was appointed Partner in 2022. In addition to advising on Compliance, she represents companies and individuals both preventively and in ongoing white collar litigation.
