WiWo: HEUKING leads the way in M&A – Dr Martin Imhof named top lawyer - brandeins also recognises HEUKING once again
WirtschaftsWoche has named HEUKING partner Dr. Martin Imhof a top lawyer in the field of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) in its 2025 ranking, as it did last year. HEUKING is one of the most renowned law firms for M&A.
Last month, WirtschaftsWoche named HEUKING as the leading law firm for corporate law in 2024.

For the ranking, the Handelsblatt Research Institute surveyed over 5,400 lawyers from 263 law firms about their most renowned colleagues in M&A. After evaluation by the jury, 52 law firms with 94 lawyers were selected.

Statista compiles the ranking of the best commercial law firms on behalf of brandeins. A survey of 14,567 lawyers from commercial law firms and 3,002 in-house lawyers results in a ranking for a total of 26 areas of law. Recommendations from the law firms themselves were not taken into account.
