Electricity purchasing cooperative

For economic reasons, Germany’s Federal State insurance institutions (LVA – Landesversicherungsanstalten) wish to cooperate more closely and enter into joint purchasing. Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek set up the legal structure for the purchasing cooperative venture for electricity for all clinics, administrations, data centers, and other properties under the responsibility of the entire Federal State insurance institutions and assisted in the Europe-wide bidding procedure.
