Kolvenbach, Partner, and Dr. Kirsten Thiergart, Salaried Partner, both based at Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek’s Düsseldorf office, advised the majority shareholder of GEPRO Gesellschaft für Produktionstechnik und Organisation mbH with business seat in Aachen on the sale of its shares to T&O Unternehmensberatung GmbH with business seat in Munich.
GEPRO Gesellschaft für Produktionstechnik und Organisation mbH supports companies to optimize their operations and processes thanks to innovation, with particular emphasis on the lean philosophy, and in site and logistics planning.
Key factors for the merger as of April 1, 2021, included the businesses’ similar consulting philosophy, particularly with regard to industrial excellence, the opportunity to further expand the joint consulting range and to effectively combine the existing expertise.
