HEUKING advises European social network start-up BRYGHT GmbH on its pre-seed financing round
BRYGHT GmbH, a start-up from Essen, NRW that is developing a European social network alternative to established providers, has successfully completed a pre-seed financing round of EUR 500,000. The capital will be used for the technological development of the platform.
BRYGHT is an exclusive platform that gives creators more independence and control over their content. Instead of adapting to algorithms and advertising partners, the focus here is on the direct connection to the community. Fans decide for themselves what content they want to see - without external control by algorithms or advertising. At the same time, BRYGHT offers creators the opportunity to determine the value of their content themselves and earn directly through the platform.
