Heuking advises Hawita group on acquisition by De Ceuster
A team led by Heuking’s Hamburg-based Partner Dr. Johan Schneider legally advised Hawita group’s shareholder Haskamp on the Neumark transaction. Hawita group was acquired by Group De Ceuster; Hawita group’s private shareholders sold their shares as part of the deal.
Hawita group is a globally operating company with more than 450 employees, eight production sites, and more than 4,500 hectares of moor area in Germany and the Baltic States, specializing in providing advanced solutions for plant cultivation and care.
Group De Ceuster is a renowned Belgian horticulture company with three distinct divisions: plant care, animal care, and biosciences.
