HEUKING advises MERITU AG on IPO in Düsseldorf
A Cologne-based team led by HEUKING Partner Dr. Mirko Sickinger legally advised MERITU AG on the listing of its shares for trading on the general open market of Düsseldorf Stock Exchange. Following the company’s application, MERITU AG shares have been tradable since June 27, 2024. In preparation for the IPO, HEUKING also advised on establishing the corporate structure of a German holding company with a Polish subsidiary.
MERITU AG is a German company based in Cologne, specializing in digital out-of-home (DOOH) advertising. Founded in 2023, the company operates a subsidiary in Poland. Beyond its core business, MERITU group intends to expand into areas such as sustainable energy and advisory services, with a particular focus on cross-border trade between Europe and China. The company is pursuing an international growth strategy centered on Europe and Asia.
