With a Cologne-based team led by Dr. Pär Johansson, HEUKING advised HiOffice Group GmbH, a portfolio company of funds advised by ODEWALD KMU III, on the acquisition of fach.digital GmbH (Germany) and, working alongside Austrian counsel at bpv Hügel, on the acquisition of Morawitz Consulting GmbH (Austria).
