HEUKING advises Pioneer Ventures on its investment in Edtech start-up Fuxam
Fuxam, an innovative start-up from Berlin focused on the digitalization of educational institutions, has successfully completed a seed financing round.
Fuxam has developed a user-friendly platform that enables universities and educational institutions to digitize their learning and administration systems. The FuxamOS software covers all aspects of the learning experience – from planning and organizing learning content to facilitating communication between educators and students, as well as issuing certificates. With the goal of efficiently digitalizing the education system in the DACH region and Europe, Fuxam enables seamless integration and optimization of digital education.
The company successfully completed the financing round with strategic corporate and angel investors. Pioneer Ventures was advised as an investor during the process that will be used to further develop the platform.
Pioneer Ventures was legally supported by HEUKING's Venture Capital (VC) team, led by Dr. Patrick Müller, LL.M. (HEUKING Partner VC Düsseldorf). HEUKING regularly advises start-ups and VC investors in various financing rounds and supports them in the legal aspects of their transactions.
