Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek advises HSV Fußball AG on settlement with former sports director Oliver Kreuzer

The legal dispute of HSV Fußball AG (HSV) with Hamburg Sport-Verein's former sports director Oliver Kreuzer, who was dismissed in October 2014, has been settled.

With the assistance of Dr. Andreas Walle, partner at the Hamburg office of the commercial law firm of Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek, on behalf of HSV and lawyer Horst Kletke on behalf of Oliver Kreuzer, HSV and Kreuzer settled out of court. The parties agreed not to disclose the contents of the settlement agreement.

The agreement settled the parties' disputes pending before Hamburg Regional Court. As in the past, HSV again relied on the expertise of Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek.
