Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek advises HypoVereinsbank on new award of facility management

Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek advised HypoVereinsbank on the invitation to bid and the new award of its facility management for some 850 bank-used properties in Germany. The comprehensive legal advice to HypoVereinsbank included drafting the bid specifications, preparing and executing the bidder selection up to drafting and negotiating the new contract.
 
New contract partner is Dussmann Service Deutschland GmbH, which will assume all services of the operative commercial, technical and infrastructural building management. The contract volume over the agreed term of five years is in the mid-three-digit million range.
 
Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek had previously advised HypoVereinsbank on matters of facility management in 2008 and had provided support on the original outsourcing of the services and the award to Strabag Property and Facility Services GmbH.
