Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek advised intergenia AG on the sale of a 51% stake in its web hosting activities to Oakley Capital Private Equity. intergenia AG is one of the leading web hosters and offers a comprehensive range of server services to its clients worldwide, trading as PlusServer, serverloft and SERVER4YOU. The stake sold also includes data centers in St. Louis, USA and Strasbourg, France, and also WorldHostingDays, which operates WHD.global, the largest series of hosting conferences worldwide.

The transaction is expected to close by the end of the year. Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek advises intergenia AG on a regular basis.
