Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek advises mein-dienstrad.de founders on exit from Green Mobility Holding GmbH

With a team led by Dr. Till Naruisch, Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek advised the founders of mein-dienstrad.de in connection with selling a minority interest in Green Mobility Holding GmbH (“GMH”) to Rivean Capital.

Arqis and a team led by Dr. Jörn-Christian Schulze advised the majority shareholder DPE Deutsche Private Equity on selling the majority stake in GMH to Rivean Capital.

Based in Munich, GMH is Europe’s leading technology enabled (e-)bike leasing group. Through its subsidiaries Company Bike and mein-dienstrad.de, it enters into framework agreements with corporate clients under which their employees can lease (e-)bikes. Employees benefit from tax concessions as well as from a number of services.

After the change of majority shareholder, the founders and management of mein-dienstrad.de as well as DPE will continue to hold shares in GMH.

Led by Partner Dr. Till Naruisch, the Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek team has advised the founders of mein-dienstrad.de on a regular basis since the company’s establishment and on the occasion of its exit transactions.

The team led by ARQIS Partner Dr. Jörn-Christian Schulze advised on the entry of DPE at the time, the expansion of GMH to date, and on the exit.
