Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek advises Private Assets group on the acquisition of InstaLightning GmbH

Private Equity lawyers Dr. Andreas Lenz and Dr. Jörg aus der Fünten, Partners at the Cologne office, advised a subsidiary of Hamburg-based investor Private Assets AG on the acquisition of Lüdenscheid-based InstaLightning GmbH from Insta GmbH, which is also headquartered in Lüdenscheid.

InstaLighting GmbH develops and manufactures integrated systems consisting of luminaires and controls for modern architectural lighting projects. The company offers individual lighting concepts for OEMs with optimal process integration.

Private Assets AG is an investment company that is majority-owned by private investors. As a partner of medium-sized companies, Private Assets AG specializes in strategic investments in medium-sized companies in transitional situations.
