Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek advises RPC Packaging Holdings on the sale of RPC Tedeco-Gizeh GmbH

RPC Packaging Holdings, a subsidiary of London Stock Exchange-listed RPC Group plc, sold its German holding company RPC Tedeco-Gizeh GmbH, Offenburg, to Hosti International GmbH. A team led by Dr. Peter Christian Schmidt, partner at commercial law firm Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek's Hamburg office, legally represented RPC in the transaction.
