HEUKING Strengthens Munich Corporate/M&A Practice with Marina Dolina as Counsel
The commercial law firm HEUKING welcomed Marina Dolina, LL.M. as Counsel at its Munich office effective June 1, 2026. She is part of the team led by Dr. Oliver Treptow and strengthens the firm's practice in Corporate/M&A, Private Equity, and Health Care & Life Sciences.
Marina Dolina brings several years of experience advising on domestic and cross-border corporate transactions. Prior to joining HEUKING, she served as a Senior Associate at Bird & Bird LLP in Munich, where she advised domestic and international clients on all areas of corporate and contract law, including M&A, private equity, and venture capital transactions. She places a particular industry focus on the life sciences and health care sectors.
Marina Dolina advises clients in German, English, and Russian.
HEUKING has been significantly expanding its Health Care & Life Sciences practice for over a year and, in the summer of 2025, recruited a team led by Munich-based partners Dr. Manja Epping and Dr. Stefanie Greifeneder. Most recently, the practice was further expanded with the addition of Hamburg-based partner Dr. Niclas von Woedtke and Munich-based partner Dr. Björn Biehl.
