HEUKING successfully advises food start-up CRAVIES on its pre-seed financing round
CRAVIES GmbH, a manufacturer of high-quality snack products, has successfully completed a pre-seed financing round.
CRAVIES offers sunflower seeds in six different flavours. The snacks are rich in healthy nutrients and are vegan and halal. The shells can be collected in the packaging, which can be converted into a container. The company is based in Neuss.
The company has successfully completed the pre-seed round with strategic VC and angel investors, with the participation of all existing investors. One of the Investors is Ralf Dümmel, an active Business Angel being known from the TV format “Höhle der Löwen”.
The start-up was legally supported by the HEUKING Venture Capital Team around Dr. Patrick Müller, LL.M. (HEUKING Partner VC Düsseldorf). HEUKING regularly advises start-ups and VC investors in various financing rounds.
