IBG group acquires orbital welding technology specialist with the support of Heuking

A team led by Dr. Kirsten Thiergart legally advised Alexander Binzel Schweisstechnik GmbH & Co. KG, with registered office in Buseck and a member of the IBG group, on the acquisition of a family-owned company specializing in the manufacture and development of innovative orbital welding equipment. This acquisition further expands IBG group‘s range of products in the field of orbital welding technology.

With more than 2,500 employees worldwide and 75 subsidiaries/affiliates in 38 countries, IBG group is a globally leading manufacturer specialized in the field of welding and cutting technology. The company is headquartered in Cologne.
