Mapp acquires German market leader in customer intelligence
A team led by Dr. Marc Scheunemann advised Mapp Digital US, LLC, one of the largest private marketing technology companies, on the acquisition of Webtrekk, the German market leader of marketing analytics and customer intelligence. The seller is DPE Deutsche Private Equity and other co-investors. Closing of the transaction is expected to occur in the second quarter of 2019. The transaction is subject to clearance by the competent antitrust authorities.

Mapp is headquartered in San Diego with global offices in eight countries and is a portfolio company of Marlin Equity Partners, a global investment firm with over $6.7 billion of capital under management.
