WhistleFox: Heuking explains its whistleblower system in an animated video

Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek has developed its own whistleblower system, WhistleFox, to support businesses, authorities, municipalities, and associations in meeting the requirements of the EU Whistleblowing Directive and the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act. Using an entertaining animated video, the experts at Heuking demonstrate how the legal tech tool is working.

The film shows the fictitious manager of a home improvement wholesaler, Mr. Stahl, who uses the Heuking whistleblowing system WhistleFox for his company. What happens when an employee reports a suspected infringement? Will the whistleblower remain anonymous? How does WhistleFox support Mr. Stahl in his tasks? All these questions are vividly answered in the explanatory film.

Lawyers from the fields of Compliance, Corporate Governance, and Corporate Law developed and designed WhistleFox jointly with Heuking’s own LegalTech team. Heuking is the first law firm in Germany to develop its own whistleblower system. Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek’s Compliance team advises on compliance violations and provides support in official investigations. Its lawyers conduct internal investigations and forensic safeguards and assist clients in implementing whistleblower systems. Lawyers at Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek have acted as a reporting office for their clients as ombudspersons and legal confidants for quite some time. This advice is now being optimized with WhistleFox, Heuking’s proprietary LegalTech tool.
