WirtschaftsWoche recognizes Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek and Dr. Anne de Boer in Mergers & Acquisitions

In a story headlined “Nobody wants to tattle anymore,” German business magazine WirtschaftsWoche awarded Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek the title of “TOP Law Firm 2020” in Mergers & Acquisitions in its June 12, 2020 issue. Stuttgart-based Partner Dr. Anne de Boer was recognized as “TOP Lawyer 2020” in Mergers & Acquisitions.

Handelsblatt Research Institute (HRI) surveyed more than 4,000 antitrust lawyers and M&A specialists from 213 law firms about their most renowned peers. The jury then used the data to compile its lists of experts, including 54 law firms and 91 lawyers in the M&A ranking.

Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek has become one of the leading German transaction law firms in recent years. The members of the “Corporate/M&A” practice group are advising in traditional M&A areas and on capital market-oriented projects, real estate transactions, and other major asset purchases and sales; in particular, the transaction business in the energy and renewables sectors has steadily expanded.

It was only in May 2020 that Heuking was named “TOP Law Firm 2020” in Corporate Law by WirtschaftsWoche.
