Dr. Hans Gummert and Dr. Ute Jasper publish in Munich Handbook of Corporate Law

In the recently published 5th edition of Munich Handbook of Corporate Law, Dr. Hans Gummert and Dr. Ute Jasper authored parts of Volume 3, “Company with Limited Liability.”
 
Volume 3 comprehensively explains the law governing German limited liability companies. In addition to a wealth of new jurisdiction, the new edition takes into account the 2nd Cost Law Modernization Act, the Equal Opportunities and Participation in Leadership Positions Act, the Accounting Directive Implementation Act, the Stock Corporation Act Amendment 2016, and the reform of auditors’ law (Auditors’ Supervision Reform Act, Auditing Reform Act), which extended the Act on Limited Liability Companies by Sections 86 to 88.
