HEUKING advises Adlatus Robotics on sale to NEURA Mobile Robots

A HEUKING team led by Dr. Anne de Boer provided legal advice to Adlatus Robotics GmbH, based in Ulm, on its sale to NEURA Mobile Robots. NEURA Robotics and ADLATUS have been collaborating since September 2025 as part of a strategic partnership.

HEUKING coordinated Adlatus's shareholders and financing partners throughout the sale process and assisted Adlatus with the necessary documentation. On the corporate finance side, Frank Motte of Motte Consult led the negotiations on behalf of the various shareholders and mezzanine lenders. HEUKING has been advising Adlatus on a wide range of legal matters for an extended period.
