HEUKING advises Fincite founders on merger with France’s Harvest group

A HEUKING team led by Dr. Lothar Ende, Partner at the firm’s Hamburg office, advised the founders of Fincite GmbH – Ralf Heim, Friedhelm Schmitt, and Stefan Post – on the sale of their company to French WealthTech provider Harvest group. Through this merger, the two companies aim to expand their product offerings and geographic reach to better serve their respective target markets. The partnership also includes plans for strategic acquisitions.

Founded in 2015, Fincite develops digital software solutions for banks and asset managers. Its modular CIOS platform supports the entire investment process, from onboarding to reporting, enabling institutions to operate more efficiently and deliver more personalized service. Fincite’s clients include banks, family offices, and financial advisors.

Harvest group unites leading wealth management software providers, including Harvest France, Quantalys, Manymore, and Feefty. Backed by private equity firms TA Associates and Montagu, the group is pursuing a pan-European growth and consolidation strategy. Its goal is to establish a comprehensive platform for wealth and asset management that covers all core functions from client engagement to portfolio management.

Harvest group plans to collaborate closely with Fincite, leveraging the CIOS platform as a key component in markets such as Germany, Switzerland, Austria, and the Benelux region. The partnership aims to accelerate commercial expansion, particularly in Germany, and broaden the product offering by integrating additional Harvest solutions, including the Wealth Platform and Feefty.

HEUKING has been advising the Fincite founders for several years. Partners Dr. Lothar Ende and Christoph Prochnau have supported the founders and the company on various matters, including previous funding rounds.
