Leisten Wagner was founded in 1865 by master carpenters Ferdinand and Wilhelm Wagner in Andernach on the Rhine and specializes in high-quality solid wood moldings. With its manufacturing expertise in woodworking, the company now produces not only solid wood moldings but also milled components for hardwood floors, furniture, and doors, as well as deck systems.
CE Capital Partners is a private equity firm with offices in Hamburg and Zurich that provides companies with equity capital independent of banks, investment funds, or the capital markets.
