Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek reinforces firm strength: Restructuring specialist for Frankfurt
As of November 1, 2014 Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek's Restructuring Practice Group will be reinforced: Christian Staps will join Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek's Frankfurt office as Salaried Partner.
Christian Staps (42) comes from Jones Day in Frankfurt and was a member of the firm's Businesses Restructuring & Reorganization Practice Group. He practices in the fields of corporate law with special emphasis on enterprises in financial difficulties, as well as German, European, and international insolvency laws. He represents corporate buyers in transferring reorganization transactions and investors in the purchase and subsequent workout of nonperforming loans. His clients include creditors, shareholders, and the management of companies in (cross-border) restructuring cases and insolvency procedures.
