Tax team joins Heuking at Frankfurt office
Effective December 1, 2021, a tax team will join the Frankfurt office of business law firm Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek. Coming from BAM Corporate Services GmbH, Jörg Michelsen (49) will work as Equity Partner. He is accompanied by Sebastian Eibich, lawyer and tax advisor, as Senior Associate, Rolando Casonato, business school graduate, and Olga Arndt, business school graduate, as Senior Tax Specialists, all from BAM Corporate Services GmbH.
Jörg Michelsen was Head of Tax at BAM Corporate Services GmbH, Frankfurt/Main, a subsidiary of Dutch construction group Royal BAM Group nv (Royal BAM), since 2012. Previously, he had worked as Manager Corporate Tax, Compliance and International Tax Services at KPMG AG for four years. Mr. Michelsen holds degrees in business administration and taxation as well as in civil engineering.
His practice focuses on comprehensive tax and accounting advice for major construction and PPP projects and on corporate restructuring, including the handling and implementation of projects in the field. His additional areas of expertise include tax advice on the posting of expatriates and transfer pricing/documentation in cross-border construction projects.
