Wirtschaftswoche recognizes employment law practice: Dr. Johan-Michel Menke and Bernd Weller among the top lawyers for employment law

In its most recent issue, Wirtschaftswoche magazine recognized Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek as “Top Employment Law Firm 2019” and highlighted Dr. Johan-Michel Menke and Bernd Weller as top lawyers in employment law. The ranking of the top law firms assists companies in finding the right advisor for their needs.
 
The Employment Law Practice Group comprises more than 40 lawyers specializing in employment law and certified specialist lawyers for employment law. They provide comprehensive advice on issues relating to individual and collective employment law on demanding reorganizations and transactions. Our expertise includes both long-term strategic advice for national and international companies and extrajudicial and judicial advice and representation in complex individual cases (including to board members and general managers).
 
Bernd Weller advises on all issues relating to employment law, with a focus on collective issues, in particular works constitution law. He has been a certified specialist lawyer for employment law since 2006. Dr. Johan-Michel Menke is also a certified specialist lawyer for employment law and focuses particularly on insolvency law and sports employment law.
 
The Wirtschaftswoche ranking also recognized corporate lawyers. For the lists, Handelsblatt Research Institute (HRI) surveyed more than 4,000 lawyers in 245 law firms about their most renowned peers. This list was presented to an expert jury, which filtered out 54 law firms with 86 particularly recommended lawyers.
