HEUKING advises the shareholders of OMIKRON Data Solutions on the sale to the DQE Group

A team led by Stuttgart-based HEUKING partners Dr. Peter Ladwig and Dr. Alexander Schott provided comprehensive advice to the shareholders of OMIKRON Data Solutions GmbH on the strategic integration into the DQE Group. Albert Pusch will remain on board as a shareholder and managing director. HEUKING's advisory services encompassed the structuring and negotiation of all transaction agreements as well as legal support throughout the sale process.

Peter Ladwig and Alexander Schott had previously advised the shareholders of OMIKRON Data Quality GmbH ("FACT-Finder") in 2021 on the sale of all shares to the investment firm GENUI. At that time, the advisory mandate covered not only the sale process but in particular the structuring and execution of the carve-out that preceded the sale. In the course of this carve-out, the "Data Quality" business division was separated from OMIKRON Data Quality GmbH and transferred to what is now OMIKRON Data Solutions GmbH. OMIKRON Data Solutions has developed that business division very successfully over the past several years. The sale of OMIKRON Data Solutions to the DQE Group now represents a consistent continuation of this advisory history.
