IPCOM group acquires Seidemann group with Heuking
A team led by Dr. Hermann Ali Hinderer, Partner at Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek in Stuttgart, legally advised IPCOM group on the acquisition of 100 percent of the shares in Seidemann group. With the acquisition, IPCOM strengthens its existing position in the technical insulation sector and its presence in the German B2B market. Seidemann group’s former shareholder Jörg Seidemann will remain with the company as General Manager.
IPCOM was established in Belgium in 2010 as a joint initiative of Waterland PE and Waeyaert-Vermeersch Isolatie and has developed into a leading distributor for technical insulation in north-western Europe. IPCOM offers its customers tailor-made insulation solutions and creates sustainable value through local presence, strategic partnerships, a broad product range, logistical excellence, and customer service.
Seidemann group is an established specialist distributor focusing on technical insulation in the German market. Founded in 1979, the company is headquartered in Munich and operates six branches in southern and eastern Germany.
