Salaried Partner for Munich office: Dr. Alexander Weiss strengthens Litigation/Arbitration practice

Dr. Alexander Weiss (37) will join the Heuking office in Munich on October 1, 2020. He will support the department of partner Dr. Armin Frhr. von Grießenbeck.

Weiss joins the firm from Clifford Chance, where he has worked since 2012, most recently as a Senior Associate in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice. He represents clients in litigation and arbitration as well as in out-of-court dispute resolution. Weiss focuses on complex disputes regarding commercial and corporate law, real estate law, and the laws on the compensation of damages.  He also advises on issues relating to intellectual property and digitalization (big data, blockchain, etc.). In addition, he made a name for himself with numerous, highly acclaimed publications.

Alexander Weiss’ clients include companies in the aerospace industry, automotive suppliers, real estate investors, and municipal companies.
