HEUKING advises Arteus Energy GmbH on the issuance of a corporate bond

A team led by HEUKING partner Dr. Thorsten Kuthe advised Arteus Energy GmbH on capital markets law matters in connection with the issuance of its new 2026/2031 corporate bond.

Arteus Energy GmbH, headquartered in Karlsruhe, Germany — a project developer and independent power producer focused on agri-photovoltaics and battery energy storage systems (BESS) in Germany — is placing its debut 2026/2031 bond (ISIN: DE000A460HC7) in the market. With the proceeds from the bond, the company, founded in 2021, intends to systematically expand its project pipeline, realize Agri-PV and BESS projects for its own portfolio, and develop new markets and technologies. Arteus Energy pursues a vertically integrated business model across the entire value chain — from securing land and project development to construction, own operation, and the direct marketing of renewable energy. The portfolio currently comprises a pipeline of approximately 330 MW of Agri-PV and approximately 1,950 MW of BESS, with a validated fair value totaling approximately EUR 25 million.
