PLANOPTIK AG supplies wafers made of glass, glass-silicon composites, and quartz for microstructured components in microsystems technology.
With admission to trading on the Regulated Market, PLANOPTIK AG expects to increase its visibility, improve access to institutional investors and asset managers, and broaden its shareholder base. By uplisting from the Open Market, the company is also committing to higher standards of transparency and shareholder protection.
HEUKING’s work included comprehensive advising on the drafting of the securities prospectus and obtaining its approval from the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin), as well as on all relevant compliance matters related to the segment change.
