Heuking advises shareholders of SanTec group on sale to ARTUS group
A team led by Dr. Alexander Schott legally advised the shareholders of SanTec GmbH & Co. KG and SanTec Instandsetzung GmbH & Co. KG comprehensively on the sale of all shares to ARTUS Bautrocknung- und Sanierungsgruppe and assisted with the transaction. Sebastian Meyer, founder and previous sole general manager, will remain a partner in the company by retaining a continuing interest and will continue to work as general manager of SanTec group.
Founded in 2005 by Sebastian Meyer, SanTec GmbH & Co. KG is a general contractor for leak detection, drying, and repair services. SanTec Instandsetzung GmbH & Co. KG focuses on providing handicraft services in the restoration sector.
