Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek advises Fair Value REIT-AG on issuing convertible bonds

A team led by capital market law expert Dr. Mirko Sickinger, LL.M., partner at the Cologne office of commercial law firm Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek, advised Fair Value REIT-AG, Munich, on issuing convertible bonds in the total nominal amount of EUR 8,460,000.00.

The convertible bonds in the nominal amount of EUR 1,000.00 each were fully subscribed by an institutional investor by means of private placement in exclusion of the subscription right of the company's shareholders. The convertible bonds are scheduled to be included in trading at Frankfurt stock exchange's quotation board on January 19, 2015. ODDO SEYDLER BANK AG, Frankfurt/Main, acts as sole lead manager on the issue.
