Salaried Partner for Hamburg – Jeannine Drossart a new member of the Real Estate practice

Jeannine Drossart (38) reinforces the Real Estate department at the Hamburg office. She will join Partners Dr. Michael Dröge and Dr. Sönke Görgens as a Salaried Partner on October 1 and will strengthen the team in particular in real estate transactions, project development, and in landlord/tenant law and leasehold law, to further develop and expand the area of private construction law.
 
Jeannine Drossart joins the firm from AHB Rechtsanwälte, where she had worked since 2012. Since 2020, she was a Salary Partner at ABH focusing on real estate law, private construction law, and litigation.
 
She specializes in real estate transactions and project developments as well as in commercial landlord/tenant law and private construction law. Jeannine Drossart is also experienced in construction litigation.
 
Jeannine Drossart’s clients include a large nursing home fund.
