With a team led by capital markets lawyer and Partner Dr. Thorsten Kuthe, Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek advised Enapter AG on a capital increase. The full placement of the capital increase will generate gross proceeds of about EUR 30 million for the company.
At an offer price of EUR 23 per share, 1,304,347 new shares were issued.
